Standard For all natural diamond above 0.3ct will include GIA certification. And 0.5ct for Lab grown diamonds. However 0.3ct certified lab grown diamonds are available upon request. If it is a certified diamond, the diamond grade will be in accordance to the lab certification. Otherwise, for all loose diamond stones (most of the time below 0.3ct) we use DEF VVS-VS standard.
We have lifetime free cleaning and care such as prong tightening, 2x free polishing / chroming after initial purchase, 1x free resize and free ring engraving (by request).
We currently do not offer any buy back policy. However, all of our products is made with 18K gold and will retain its value, therefore it could be sold to goldsmiths nearest to your location.
Our upgrade program currently is only applicable to natural diamonds. Product should be purchased through us and the new natural diamond product must be at least 2x the price of your original diamond. The value of your diamond will follow the price of your original invoice, your diamond should be in their original condition and include their diamond lab report. The grading report must be in a great condition. You could upgrade your product into multiple products, vice versa. As long as the total price of the new selections are at least 2x of your original diamond.
All of our orders will include free shipping (Indonesia), will also include round trip shipment if you need any resizing.
Every product that are eligible for resizing are free of charge up to 1x. However, products such as eternity rings, are not applicable for a resize. Hence, make sure your ring size or request a ring sizer to us. Resizing process will take around 3 to 7 working days.

We only offer customization if you purchase the center stone through us.
Our custom process will start by your design request. Usually with the help of initial visualization through photo or design reference from you.
Then it will be sent through our 3D rendering process which will begin after we receive our initial required down payment. The 3D render design is free of charge once you confirm payment for your order. However, if you decide not to continue the work, we are going to charge you a 3D design service and refund the remaining amount.
You are eligible to request and change your render until you find out what you love. Once your design is finalized, we will give you your curated center stone based on your requirements and budget.
We require 50% Down payment and the remaining amount upon shipment. The production will only start after you complete your 50% down payment and the confirmation of design and center stone. The production process will take around 4-6 weeks depending on the current load of our orders.
Upon receiving your custom product, you have 48 hours to inspect and report back to us if it needs any repair. This warranty does not include issues that are not from the manufacturing process and issues such as damage by force or discoloration due to chemicals exposure.
If you decide not to complete payment, or had a change of mind in the middle of the production process, we could not refund your initial down payment and will not be eligible to be credited towards another design or product.
Note: Any custom product will not be eligible for our upgrade program.
